Every organization needs quality. But building a culture and organizational capability to deliver quality and value remains a challenge. If you are responsible for quality, you feel the need to learn and grow every day, for example
- Are you new to a role or an industry and interested in learning from someone more experienced?
- Did you learn some quality tools or methods, but are not sure how to apply them effectively?
- Have you encountered a difficult problem and wonder if others might know a better way?
- Do you feel stuck at your current job and want to know how others have navigated their careers?
- Are you interested in professional certifications but not sure what is best for you?
You may get answers by participating in ASQ Raleigh meetings or group discussions. You may also be mentored by an experienced ASQ volunteer, but the availability is limited.
For specific questions, you may simply drop in during our “Office Hour,” which is scheduled immediately before the monthly Special Interest Group discussion (i.e. “Open Forum”) at Frontier RTP from 4:30 to 6:30 PM every second Thursday. A few ASQ Raleigh volunteers with a broad range of expertise are available to answer your questions in a one-on-one fashion. You can also gain additional perspectives by staying for the group discussion, where attendees (typically 6-10) informally ask questions and share their knowledge and experience.
